Throughout this time, he has successfully led businesses through periods of economic and global disruption including the GFC and COVID, consistently maintaining strong performance and profitability by adapting quickly, identifying opportunities, and implementing practical, results-driven strategies.

Brent’s career includes revitalising underperforming locations, achieving record-breaking sales growth, and pioneering industry-first operational strategies. His tenure with a world-renowned global franchise spanned over 33 years, where he excelled as a franchise owner, consistently earning accolades for his high-performance, high-profit operations. Beyond franchise success, Brent also played a pivotal role in developing innovative customer experience designs, effective marketing campaigns, and cost-saving operational improvements.
